Each page in the Firebird software has a Help Me button to enable you or your end-users to request help.This tool sends details of the problem and a screenshot to help support staff quickly understand and resolve the problem.
For non-administrators (e.g. Reviwers, Delegates etc), the Help Me tool can also be configured to send the request direct to your project team.
