Automatic Message Templates

Firebird can send out automated emails at different times during the project's lifetime.

A summary of the different scenarios that can trigger an email are given below.

Trigger Type Description
SubmissionEditComplete This email will be sent out to a submitter when their submission has had all of its mandatory questions completed.
CustomerOrderPlaced This email will be sent out to a customer when they have placed an order.
CustomerOrderPaid This email will be sent out to a customer when they have paid for an order
