Automatic Message Templates¶
This functionality is deprecated and has been replaced by Tasks.
Firebird can send out automated emails at different times during the project's lifetime.
A summary of the different scenarios that can trigger an email are given below.
|SubmissionEditComplete||This email will be sent out to a submitter when their submission has had all of its mandatory questions completed.|
|CustomerOrderPlaced||This email will be sent out to a customer when they have placed an order.|
|CustomerOrderPaid||This email will be sent out to a customer when they have paid for an order|
