Resetting Your Password
Get Reset Password Email¶
If you do not know or have forgotten your password then you can reset it from the Log In page by clicking on Don't remember your password?
You will then be prompted to enter your email address
Enter your email and click on the Send Email button. You'll then be taken back to the Login screen and told that you have been sent an email:
Check your email for the reset password email
It may be in you junk, spam, or clutter folder.
It will look something like this:
If you do not receive the email then please follow these steps:
- Please double check the email address you are using.
- Try the Sign Up feature to see if you can create the account as it may not exist.
- Please see our Logging In Troubleshooting guide for further help.
Click on the click here link to be redirected to the change password screen. In this example, we're resetting the password for the
email@example.com account but you should see your own email address on this screen.
Enter in your new password and confirm it.
Your password must follow our password policy.
Click on the white arrow button. You should then get a confirmation screen like this:
You can now close this browser tab/window.
Finally, go back to your Log In page and try to login with your email address and new password.
