Your password has been reset by an administrator.

You may have received a message from the conference organiser, or their representative, that you password has been reset. This is simply to allow you to repeat the sign up process to recreate the account and access the same .

Follow the same process as you did before to sign up i.e. follow the link to the website and when prompted on the login screen, click on Sign Up first.

Please follow the creating a user account guide as if it was your first time accessing Firebird, making sure to use the same email address that you wish to access the system with.


Your data within the system has not changed. By resetting your password, only the login details have been reset - any other interaction with the system remains.

No individual has had access to your password in this process so you are free to (accidentally) use the same password as before.
